- 9 cups Chex cereal (any variety). Pour into large bowl, set aside.
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Melt in medium saucepan over low heat stirring constantly. Pour over cereal and gently stir til all is coated well.
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (in a large plastic zipper bag).
Add coated cereal, shake gently, & lay out on cookie sheets to dry.
Store in air-tight container.
