This is a great student / standby recipe and only requires a few minutes preparation.
Ingredients (serves 2-3)
2 - 3 Chicken breast fillets
1 Packet Schwarz Cajun Potato Wedges Mix
1 - 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Directions
1. Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 6 (200 Deg. C; 400 Deg. F).
2. Meanwhile coat the chicken fillets with the olive oil then place them in a large bowl.
3. Pour over the potato wedges mix and coat the chicken thoroughly.
4. Place the chicken on a flat baking tray and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
5. Serve with a salad, fries or rice.
Note: Always make sure that chicken is thoroughly cooked before you eat it.
Schwarz sell a range of potato wedge mixes which make delicious coatings for chicken or pork. They also taste quite good on potato wedges!
