This is a really interesting party game which has always been good fun for me and my friends. It's more or less guaranteed to reduce inhibitions...a prime goal of parties...and it is based on principles which are hard for people to get out of...meaning that even the most prudish of people will feel compelled to do something uncomfortable.
To play, take 4 guys and 4 girls from the crowd. Everyone else is a spectator and you are the moderator. Take 2 guys and 1 girl from the players and ask the others to wait outside, out of hearing range.
The concept is that there is a guy and girl couple which have just come back to their apartment after being out on a date. Ask one of the guys to position the other guy and girl in a pose representing what they might be doing after just returning. They just arrived, so they shouldn't be doing anything too riske yet. Invariably, he'll have the girl sit on the guys lap or something like that. Fairly tame and nothing which anyone would object to. After he is done positioning them, the guy has to take the place of the guy in the couple. After all, since he asked them to do it, he should certainly be willing to do it himself.
Now bring in a girl who is waiting outside. Explain the scene but tell them it is a bit later in the evening and so they should escalate their behaviour. Since they know that the new girl will have to take the other girl's place, the couple will generally agree to do whatever. Since the girl required the couple to do this, she should have no standing to refuse to replace her.
After she switches places, bring in a guy from outside and repeat the process. Keep doing this, escalating the couple's actions until there are no people left outside, or you sense that the collective sensibilities of the guests are reaching their limit. As the moderator, you can control this somewhat by changing guests quickly or egging the positioners on.
I've done this twice and always had a blast...of course, you can't do it with the same people as players as they have to not realize that they'll have to do stuff or they won't think of uncomfortable things to do. Try it out and let me know how it goes....
