Have trouble with flea control?
There's flea collars, advantage, frontline, capstar etc...
The best tip I ever got for getting rid of fleas is to vacuum rugs well, then put the vacuum outside. (Those little idiots can get back out of the bag).
Alternatively,
Take a box of 20 Mule Team Borax (found in the laundry soap section at the supermarket), poke holes in the top of the box, sprinkle on the carpets as you would any carpet powder.
Take a broom and brush the powder down into the carpet. Borax will kill the fleas by dehydrating them.
This will not hurt your animals and the next vaccumming will bring up most of the dead fleas.
