These tips may come in most handy for the commuter who encounters tolls daily on their way to work.
Check the Change Return
Many of the unattended toll booths have Change Return slots, which are frequently neglected. Most people just keep throwing money into the Toll until it opens. Excess change can be found here, and used for future tolls.
Try Pennies
In my area, the local tolls actually take Pennies. You wouldn't know it, since all the signs indicate otherwise. Give it a try... if it works in your area, you've got somewhere to spend all those loose pennies.
