Feeling down? Depressed? Time to spread some good cheer. One act of kindness is the best medicine. Here are some ways to make someone's day and your own at the same time. Try one a day and I bet you can add to this list
1. Feed a stray dog.
2. Compliment a stranger.
3. Anonymously pay a dinner bill or grocery check out.
4. Leave a pen at the bank or post office.
5. Pump an elder's gas at the pump.
6. Open a door for someone.
7. Write a rave letter to a company if you like their product.
8. Shovel snow for your neighbor.
9. Stick extra grocery coupons near the product in the grocery store.
10. Put a buck in a library book and return it.
11. Write a distant relative.
12. Make a pot of gourmet coffee for the office.
13. Throw some flower seeds in a vacant lot.
14. Men..put the seat down.
15. Let someone step ahead of you in line.
16. Buy the lemonade at a kid's stand.
17. Buy a bird feeder.
18. Leave a ball in the park.
19. Drop a quarter in the parking lot.
20. Visit a nursing home.
