Category: Cooking & Food There's a neat little trick I use to have a yummy hot breakfast when waking up on a chilly morning in a mad rush to get to work. I USE A COFFEE MACHINE! Forget hot pots and stovetop teapots--A coffee machine makes water steaming hot right away; you just fill it and within 1 minute you have enough hot water to mix with instant grits or oatmeal or make hot tea whenever you want it! You can use your own coffee machine, but you might not like the remnants of coffee taste in your water. Instead you can get a separate mini-coffee machine to use exclusively for your instant hot water needs. Mr. Coffee has a very cheap mini-sized model that's convenient to use, and Gevalia Kaffe has those special offers where they give away free coffee makers by mail! Black and Decker also makes a handy instant model that squirts hot water right into your own mug. So if you want that extra sleep in the morning and still want to have a healthy tummy-warming breakfast--look no further than the coffee machine on your countertop! About the author...
