So now, I have a bottle of ground cayenne pepper that I sprinkle on the dirt and on my flowers. She tried to dig ONCE and was very discouraged and hasn't tried ever since. I re-mark my territory with the cayenne pepper after a rain. Now Hershey and I are best friends again. and my garden remains beautiful! About the author...
