Many times people with arthritis are told to take their medication in the morning, perhaps with their orange juice. Actually, orange juice will increase the pain because of the acid.
Try this, eliminate orange juice from your diet and increase by twice or three times the amount of clean water you ingest for a period of one week.
You should experience a lessening of arthritic pain within three days.
This is in addition to no nicotine, caffeine, chocolate.
If you think it can't be the orange juice (as I thought) resume the orange juice one day (after a week or two) and see how your hands/joints feel within the same 24 hour period.
