Here are some tips for people who get carsick... though extensive, choose the one that best fits you.

It is recommended to do as many as these, if you want/can

1. Before a long trip, eat something dry in small and amounts like crackers or chips, cookies work also.

2. Before a long trip drink small amounts of non natural drinks suck as colas, water, gatorade and sport drinks can work. DON'T drink milk and dairy products, any natural juices such as orange juice and others with citric acid.

3. A Dramamine (anti motion sickness pill) doesn't hurt, take one if you can.

4. Don't stare out the window, (especially if you are a passenger) for extended periods of time, this creates motion sickness.

5. Sleeping during the trip is highly recommended.

6. Don't consume anything during the trip, especially fruits and dairy products. Dry foods, snacks, and maybe a cookie don't hurt so these can be consumed with caution.. DON'T drink milk and dairy products, any natural juices such as orange juice and others with citric acid during trips.

7. Don't move around too much in the vehicle, such as standing up, or reaching across the seat constantly to get something.

8. NEVER read anything. Viewing television varies from people to people, but it is not recommended

If all else fails... Nothing works and you are beginning to feel carsick well...

1. Always prepare for the works for the trip andbring a small plastic bag just in case

2. Avoid talking

3. Try to get as warm as possible, especially extremities, such as hands

4. Lower the window and let fresh air from outside hit your face, not able to be reproduced by airconditionong, this for some reason reduces your feeling of carsickness dramatically.

5. Request a pitstop, for a short brake

6. Don't do any sudden movements or stand up

7. Don't think about it, be optimistic
